Seen this video on my Google+ timeline. I'd say this is the best proposal among those I've seen; and very touching too.
The man is Timothy Tiah, the co-founder of the popular ad-blogging site
Nuffnang, and his Malaysian girlfriend who is a blogger, now his
fiancee, Audrey Ooi Feng Ling.
